Joanna hasn't learnt how to lie yet. We put both kids to bed, and there was peace from John while we ate dinner. We were just beginning to relax when he wakes up. Mark goes up to find Jo with her hands through the cot bars.
"was John asleep" - "yes"
"Did you poke him" - "yes"
"Did you wake him up" - "yes"
I think she got bored and wanted someone to play with.
It does seem that john likes having jo there, he settles pretty easily in the evening. (We've had 4 evenings now!)
Surprisingly him crying in the night doesn't wake Jo, and Jo crying in the night doesn't wake John. Now if I didn't have to know that it would be better!

It's funny how she doesn't know how to lie, yet her imagination lets her tell porkies - like hugging sarah, percy & bill at toddle-in despite them being in a book.
