Roasts
We don't often get round to doing roast dinners. A church service that means we don't get home till nearly 1pm stops lunchtime roasts, and Joanna has never been that keen anyway. All that changed recently when we went to her Auntie and Uncles, and Joanna discovered she did in fact like roast meat. However she is still quite fussy. Today we had roast pork, and she loved the carrots, peas, and sweetcorn. She wasn't that fussed by the roast pork, although did eat some. She refused the roast parsnips, gravy and apple sauce - the classic of "I don't like it, I've never tried it", that used to exasperate my parents so much. The thing that was the most popular of all though, and that she had to have lots of second of was ... cabbage.
